Photo submission guidelines

To make sure your banner layout looks balanced and professional:

Please choose a photo that:

  • Shows your student from about the waist up
  • Is vertical (portrait orientation)
  • Leaves some space around them (do not crop tightly)
  • Includes only your student in the image

Please avoid:

  • Close-up headshots
  • Full body images, taken from a distance
  • Tightly cropped images
  • Photos with other people in them
  • Very busy or distracting backgrounds

A Quick Note About Print Quality

We will always do our best to make your banner look fantastic. However, the final print quality depends on the image you provide. If the original photo is blurry, pixelated, or low resolution, those issues may appear in the final banner.
